Our policy on subscription refunds.
Subscription fees for RKV LabConnect are charged in advance for the selected plan period.
Subscriptions are activated only after payment verification. If a payment cannot be verified, it will not be applied and you will be contacted.
A refund request may be considered where the service could not be provided due to a platform failure attributable to us. Requests are reviewed case by case.
Fees are generally non-refundable once a subscription has been activated and used, for change of mind, or for non-use during an active period.
Duplicate or accidental payments will be refunded after verification, or adjusted against your next subscription period, at your option.
To request a refund, contact info@softmarket.in with your registration reference, order number and payment reference.
Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable period, typically to the original payment method.
