How we handle and protect your data.
We collect laboratory and administrator details during registration, subscription and payment information, and the operational data your laboratory enters, including patient records.
Information is used to provide and operate the service, process subscriptions and payments, provide support, and communicate important service updates.
Each laboratory's data is isolated. Users of one laboratory cannot access the data of another.
We do not store full card details on our servers. Where an online gateway is used, payment data is handled by the gateway provider. Manual payment references are stored for verification.
Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. Access is governed by role-based permissions and sensitive actions are logged.
Data is retained for as long as the account is active and as required to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
As a laboratory, you are the data controller for patient information and are responsible for obtaining any required consents and complying with applicable health data regulations.
